Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details.

Shipping Timeline

  • Estimated delivery timeline:

    • Local orders: 24-48 hours

    • Outstations Orders: 3-7 Working Days

    • J&K, North East India & Kerala: 5-9 Days
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1999

  • Standard shipping charges of ₹70 - ₹100 will apply to orders below the minimum order value.

Packaging

All SIRAVE products are packed carefully to maintain freshness, quality, and hygiene during transit.

Delivery Issues

If you receive:

  • A damaged package

  • A tampered parcel

  • Missing products

  • Incorrect items

  • Images/videos of the package and products

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

In case a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unreachable contact number, the re-shipping charges may be applicable.

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly while placing the order.

Currently, we ship to:

  • India only

Certain remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Refund & Return Policy

At SIRAVE, customer satisfaction and product quality are our priorities. Since many of our products are food consumables and hygiene-sensitive items, returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • Once the order has been processed after 1 hour of placing the order, we will cancel the order and issue a gift-card equivalent to the order value. This gift-card can be used anytime within the next 6 months, on the purchase of any products from our website. & shipped orders cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be approved only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is leaking or broken

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product received is expired

  • Missing item in the package

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images/videos for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened food products

  • Consumed products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers

Refund Process

  • Once the issue is verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 Business Days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges will only be processed for:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect products received

  • Manufacturing defects

Subject to stock availability.

Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery

Orders returned due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refused delivery may not be eligible for refund of shipping charges.
